POSITIONFinancial Administration Assistant

Savox Communications Ltd designs and provides specialized occupational safety and critical communications equipment and solutions for fire, search and rescue, law enforcement, military, and industrial use. Implementing a strong growth strategy, Savox Group’s global turnover is projected will exceed € 50 million in 2023.

We are looking to build up our financial team

We are looking for a financial administration assistant. A full-time position based at our headquarters in Keilaniemi, Espoo, the job allows for flexible working hours and can entail out-of-office days on a weekly basis.


• Purchase ledger management, including, e.g., pre-invoicing, recycling, and alignment of incoming invoices against purchase orders, as well as other settlement work related to the purchase ledger

• Manual invoicing of expenses to be billed further from the group

• Reconciliation of the group's purchase and sales ledger together with the financial administration of the group companies

• Management of the travel invoicing system, including, e.g., management of missing credit card receipts

• Assisting in matching customs declarations to purchase invoices

• Other financial management tasks

The role entails working closely with both the company’s as well as the outsourced accounting firm’s personnel. The most common daily tools include Iscala, Netvisor, Bezala, and Excel.


Applicants should have:

• Appropriate commercial education (e.g., Vocational Qualification in Business. or Bachelor of Business)

• Previous work experience in similar tasks is an advantage

• Good Finnish and English language skills

• Good basic IT skills

You have a complete and detailed work record. Above all, we hope you exhibit a positive attitude towards work and are eager to learn new things.
